This "QPict" is
something I think this is without
doubt the best photo program in
use. The photos taken on my
Minolta G500 are fantasic thanks
to QPict.

QPict brings the best
of iPhoto (free) and iView
(expensive) together in one easy
to use package. Simplicity of use
coupled with the ability of QPict
to (natively and quickly)
recognise RAW photo data is a
major selling point not to forget
the price! iPhoto can't catalogue
photos that are stored remotely on
CD and as I can't imagine iPhoto
is going to support this or RAW
data anytime soon QPIct is an
inexpensive solution for photo
management. In fact I'm surprised
more people haven't heard of it!

The more time we
spent with QPict, the more
impressed we were. There's depth
and elegance to its design. The
depth means you won't quickly
outgrow it. The elegance means you
will actually use the program. We
suspect you won't even have to
develop the habit. It will be as
routine and indispensable as
copying images from your camera

I am excited that you
are offering this and the service
that comes with my original
purchase. As always the first
program that I bought has never
failed me and has been of great
use as a pure contact sheet viewer
for my digital work. I love it and
am always telling everyone about
it.

Thank you very much
for a fantastic program!

Absolute
workhorse. It does exactly what it
claims to do, does it fast,
reliably.

Thanks for
creating an awesome program for
manipulating images. I really love
it.

I want a image
browser that can surf through my
enormous photo database quickly.
Believe me, I tried all other
similar programs on macupdate, and
QPict is what I finally end up
with. It's extremely fast and very
easy to navigate. Highly
recommended.

Thank you again
for a wonderful product. I am a
digital photographer [serious
hobbyist] who takes on average 4000
to 5000 pictures annually. I find
your EXIF parsing to be a godsend!

Hello from Paris!
A friend of mine (whose wife is Swedish)
just gave me recently a demo of your
software, basically as he's
been using it on his iMac. I think
your Qpict
it is extremely well designed and
tailored for success.

As an 'on-site
sales' photographer this program
has boosted my sales by 300% and
reduced customer waiting times to
seconds rather than minutes.
Cataloging over 1000 images per
day has become simple and
quick and has contributed
directly to the number of images
we sell. This program is a
workhorse which never fails to
deliver. In the world of
motorsport photography,
reliability is everything and
QPict is the final word in
reliability.

I
really like how this application
works. Saving images as a bundle
with thumbs, index, metadata, and
media files is great. Its
interface is like a best of breed
between iphoto and iview. I much
prefer this interface and the
storage mechanism.

After I bought a
digital camera, I spent a few
weeks assessing media cataloging
programs. I preferred QPict over a
number of other programs, and I
have been using it for two years.

The "Magic Slider" is
great!! :) In general it seems
stable and fast. Thanks
for creating such a
great product. :)

Thanks for all - I
have become dependent on your
program and appreciate all
your updates. One of
these days you will have to start
charging for an update.

By the way, QPict is
incredible! I use it
everyday in my day-to-day video post
production / special effects work
for TeleVideo Studios and DaimlerChrysler
Studios. I keep spreading
the word about QPict to
everyone I work with. Everyone seems
to be amazed with it's simple yet functional
design. Great work!

QPict has finally
met my needs of a true multimedia
browser. Still, video, and audio
are supported. In one app, I can
organize "all" my stuff. Thanks

Dear Rune Lindman,
I marvel at your modesty. Yours is
the only Program able to show a
Thumbnail Preview of Vector
Illustrator documents. Even
Illustrator cannot do that.
Granted they are more pixelated
than the Bitmap documents, but to
have any is an achievement.
Perhaps you could try to overcome
your modesty and let future
customers know of this unique
facility.

Thanks for the
update, best support of any
program I have ever used. Very much
appreciated.

I've been using your
excellent program for several
months now, as my primary
sorting tool for thousands
of Canon D30 images. Frankly,
yours is the
only usable program I know of for
dealing with
CRW files on OSX. Good work,
and thanks.

QPict is everything
the Mac version of ACDSee should
have been...QPict has much of the
"feel" of ACDSee, the superb
Windows image viewer and
cataloguer. Because the Mac
version of ACDSee is wimpy and
sluggish, I was overjoyed to
discover that QPict is everything
the Mac version of ACDSee should
have been. If you are familiar
with the Windows version of
ACDSee, you are due for a treat
when you install QPict for OS X.

Too bad Apple does
not replace iPhoto with QPict!
QPict does a much
better job of organising media
files for me.
